If you have a group of 6 you can rent the upstairs with the downstairs 2 full baths and small kitchen upstairs and extra large kitchen downstairs.
The upstairs is a one bedroom apartment on its own. There are two main rooms that were bedrooms and one is used as a living room and the other a bedroom. It has its own kitchen and bath. There is access to the lower 4 bedroom apartment through a lockable door at the bottom of the interior steps. This allows the apartments to be separate or connected to each other. When the two upstairs rooms are combined with the 4 bedroom apartment downstairs it increases the number of tenants and lowers rent for all with the downstairs. It also adds an additional bathroom.
Plenty of paved parking for all in front and rear of house.
